Since 1993, the founder of the super hot sauce category, Dave Hirschkop, has traveled around the country promoting his Insanity Sauce in a straight jacket. Between trips, each year Dave formulates a special sauce with three times the heat of his already incredibly hot Insanity Sauce. His Limited Edition Reserve is hand signed by Dave, numbered, vintage dated and laid to rest in a wooden coffin wrapped in caution tape.

EXTREME DANGER: This is some really hot stuff. Use only the smallest amounts to set chili, salsa or soup on fire! Interesting note: A bottle of 1994 Limited Edition Reserve recently sold for $1,000 on ebay.
